Dr. Hyder makes a big difference, she actively listens during appointments turning to face me and make eye contact rather than just typing on the computer like the others. She genuinely seems to care and want to find ways to help and support me.

Doctors could improve their bedside manner. Also why isn't there a different number for people to return calls rathe than waiting on the phone in a queue.
